THE PERFORMANCE

A Raw, Poetic Circus Experience into the untamed beauty of the North.

Bewildering throws, razor-sharp acrobatics, and striking Nordic aesthetics. In a co-production with Stockholm City Theatre, Below Zero presents a visually stunning performance that celebrates the shadows both within us and around us.

With a scenography that brings your thoughts to a landscape of mountains, oceans, and glaciers, seven performers move through a world of contrasts, driven by newly composed Nordic folk music performed live on stage. Whispering violins dissolve into pulsing drums and electronic club beats. Haute couture runways collide with risky balances and breathtaking flips.. Bodies are launched sky-high to embody both the power and fragility of nature, where circus becomes crashing waves and swaying treetops.

A homage to the imperfect, a celebration of raw beauty, and an immersive journey into the wild soul of the North.
