KORUS is a project we started before Below Zero became what it is today. The piece is about the idea of finding a collective voice.
All four acrobats has chosen to spend their lives in the world of circus, yet they do entirely different things.
How can an underman in pair acrobatics who daily balances a person in his hands meet a tight-wire artist who daily balances herself on a steel wire, high above the ground? How can an acrobat who does multiple flips in the air, sprung from a three meter long plank meet a flyer from the world of pair acrobatics, who does flips down into another persons arms?
They fly with different rules, but no one can question their flight.

So how can we fly together? How do we balance on a wire together? How do we catch each other together?
How do we find our collective voice?

Let’s explore.
